I cook all my meals on Sunday for the week ahead. Everything from the main meal to the veggies.... (for veggies I just par boil them so that when I re-heat they are perfect) I make a HUGE salad too and store it in Zip lock baggies with a piece of paper towel to soak up the excess moisture.

This helps me immensely during the busy work week and gives me more time to get out and exercise. My Teens can start getting dinner ready while I get my run in and when I get home its all ready.

    I had just done the same thing. Yesterday night i did a lot of cooking while hubby was watching football match. I have to bring food to office because i tend to eat a lot if taken from office canteen and, they are not much healthy either.
Another thing is i love cooking, so its not hard for me to make a lot of different varieties so that i dont lose interest.
