I cook all my meals on Sunday for the week ahead. Everything from the main meal to the veggies.... (for veggies I just par boil them so that when I re-heat they are perfect) I make a HUGE salad too and store it in Zip lock baggies with a piece of paper towel to soak up the excess moisture.

More Information:

This helps me immensely during the busy work week and gives me more time to get out and exercise. My Teens can start getting dinner ready while I get my run in and when I get home its all ready.

  • I had just done the same thing. Yesterday night i did a lot of cooking while hubby was watching football match. I have to bring food to office because i tend to eat a lot if taken from office canteen and, they are not much healthy either.
    Another thing is i love cooking, so its not hard for me to make a lot of different varieties so that i dont lose interest.
