I have a problem with temptation, so I prepare myself daily that I will NOT eat bad food options (i.e. stop for a soda or something to eat from fast food). This way, I am prepared to drive right past and not stop!

I was home today relaxing. I enjoyed my food plan, worked out cleaned, met my goals for the day. Work has been stressing me out lately and my doc thought a recent weight gain and hi blood pressure was partly because of stress
Taking time for me today was a well needed mental day
Every time I think of it during the day, I hold my stomach in for a count of 10 (or 20) and then release slowly. You would be surprised how quickly this tightens your stomach muscles and make a flat tummy!
No equipment, just mental reminders!
Having a positive mental attitude when taking on a challenge such as weight loss makes everything a whole lot clearer in the long run. If you stay positive you will find this challenge much easier in the long run.
