You are sooooo right! When I first started, I was diligent about keeping my tracker up to date and I ended up losing 20 pounds. I have been on a plateau for 4 months now and realize that I have to start over with my tracker - I was letting things slide.

This is my first week of actually using this site and I started tracking on Monday, I track everything I eat and to see it in black and white has made a difference for me. Tuesday I went WAAAYYY over my calorie goal and Wednesday I was back on track.

Tracking food is one of the most important things you can do for your health. You will be amazed at the list of things you actually eat each day when you write them down. Sometimes we pop something in our mouth without even thinking! This is a great tool to actually make you think about what you are about to eat!

I can definitely tell a difference when I do and don't! I try to go ahead and plan what I am going to eat for the day and write it down. It keeps me on track and then I don't eat just anything!
