I use it instead of coffee creamer because it has no strange chemical ingredients (as flavored creamers do) and no added sugars (like the fat free half and half - there's more in there than just milk and cream, I've discovered.) You can also use it to add richness to soups, smoothies, eggs, etc.
I put measuring spoons in things like my sugar canister and my container of dry creamer etc. so when I have my coffee, I'm using accurate measuring instead of guessing. When I've guessed the amount before, I was surprised to realize I was putting in much more than I thought. Every calorie counts!!
