I start my days with Wii fit plus yoga & strength exercises mixing it up daily under the My Routine feature. It clears the cobwebs & gets me in a great frame of mind. Follow it up with SparkPeople Cardio Blast workouts (only 10 min. each) and your motivated to keep going the rest of the day.
Plus, you have the option in Wii fit plus to make your routine as short/long as you want. SparkPeople Cardio Blast dvd allows you to do combo workouts too, getting your cardio in for the day. Doing so in the morning gets you raring to go, try it.

Keeping things interesting with the Wii and Nature!
I like to combine my wii fit for cardio, my wii biggest loser for strength training, and a 3 mile walk at a 13min/mile pace to keep things constantly changing. When I do this, I actually look forward to what is next, rather than dreading the same old thing day in and day out.
Living in Alaska can mean lots of inclement days that aren't real good at encouraging walking outdoors. I use the Wii with the Wii Fit board to do Yoga, cardio, or even just free walking. It keeps me moving while keeping me warm!
Doing my cardio and yoga on the same day works well. I get hot and ready for yoga by doing the cardio first. I alternate days one day I'll do cardio and yoga and the next day I do strength training. It's working well for me.
