OK I can't do an awful lot of exercise because of dodgy arthritic knees (apart from swimming of course) so I've used a tip from SP and I've exchanged my computer chair for a fitball and now I sit using my lap-top & exercising by moving about all the time. Great!

I cook using only recipies that show the total calories per serving and carbs. I will only experiment with recipies that have less than 300 calories and under 9 carbs per serving. This helps my family as well as myself to maintain control of my diet.
