I'm protein obsessed...don't get enough since I stopped eating meats. When I'm on the run I usually opt for a protein bar but many don't taste very good; they are usually too dense and often don't have enough protein. These bars have 20g of protein and they are DELICIOUS! You can buy at TJ.

Atkins Endulge bars have always been great when you need something sweet- but want that sweetness to include high protein, some fiber and low carb count. I've recently tried the nutty fudge brownie, the caramel mousse and the peanut caramel cluster bars... YUM and no guilt!
Yum, Yum, Yum!!! Rich chocolate brownies with 5g of fiber and only 90 calories! I love the ones with the peanut butter drizzle on them. And for once, a low calorie brownie that is large enough and rich enough to be satified with only one.
Love these energy bars! They have 15 g of protein/bar. Chocolate Caramel = 170 cals & 4.5 g of fat. Carmel Peanut = 180 cals & 6 g of fat. Chocolate Crunchy Peanut Butter = 190 cals & 7 g of fat. They are a great alternative to a chocolate bar & with the protein, stave off hunger. Yum!
I will have one for a snack or if I'm really rushed for time at lunch, have one for lunch & a piece of fruit. It holds me to the next time I can sit down for a meal. 224
