For my daily salad at work, I put 1/2 the serving amount of my dressing in a baggie with my cut up tomatoes. The juice from the tomatoes adds to the dressing as well as seasoning the tomatoes. I then pour it all on top of the salad and shake it. Covers the salad and saves calories!

Start your day this way; get up, stretch, get dressed (or at least put your sports bra on under your PJ's), have a snack (a slice of toast, a smoothie or some fruit) and hit the ground running! Exercise in the morning will boost your metabolism, help you work up an appetite for breakfast, and you will know that no matter how else your day goes, you started well with a healthy meal and a work out, which will energize and motivate you for the rest of the day!
