Visualizing goals is a great way to start achieving them. I write all my goals down on separate pieces of paper on a notebook with space to write my goals and what I achieved...When you look back and see how much you were able to do it's great motivation to keep going!
If you're computer savvy you can even make an excell spread sheet to track your goals and keep your activity rolling!
