Realize that the difference between a thin person and a person with weight problems is that the skinny person doesn't beat herself up after eating off track. When eating chocolate or pizza or other, enjoy it. Don't guilt yourself into a binge. Skinny people often eat chocolate!!

Every time I get "hungry" and feel like overeating, or indulging in a sinful treat... I just stop and think "No, that's not how a skinny person thinks!". It sounds sort of ridiculous, but it's true. If you're gonna lose weight, you need to think like a skinny person and change your habits!
When tempted in a pubic place, such as a restaurant. Just look around you. I guarantee you'll see an overweight person somewhere eating something fattening and a skinny person eating healthy. Just think a minute about what you're seeing. If you're like me it really helps me make good choices.
