It isn't only that. Skinny people choose the chicken breast when you go out for dinner. The salad with dressing on the side. The steamed seasonal veggies instead of fries. Eat like a skinny person and you'll *be* a skinny person.

Eating like a skinny person is about choosing the better foods, planning ahead, shopping for the fresh fruits and veggies. It is also about portion control, weighing and measuring all that you eat. It is also about accountability . When going out to eat check for an online menu before going and ask to have of the foods boxed up to take home before it is brought out to you. The portions when we eat out are so huge.
