Give a new food a try. We often shy away from healthy foods because we think they taste bad. Try a new food, new recipe or a new way of cooking a food you currently don't like. I never liked carrots until I tried some my brother in law made and now they are often on my grocery list. 291
Have you gotten into a rut with your food? Bored of the same things? When you do your weekly shop be determined to take one new food/spice/ sauce home to try out. Scan SP recipes one a fortnight at least to try a new meal. Variety is the spice of life and by trying new foods you look forward to your meals and enjoy them more!4
Just like trying a new food each week, why not try a new exercise each week. Maybe by trying something new, we might find something we otherwise never thought we would enjoy. Also, trying something new shakes up our metabolism & gets it moving again. Try it you might like it!!
