A full body workout, cardio, fitness, & FUN! Trikke 8 miles in an hour daily when weather is nice! I am 56, hubby 67 & we fly! 3 years ago we saw someone on one on our paved bike path & with no more info than trikke.com provided, I ordered 2. A little hard to learn but soon we were carving away.
If you do not have a flat long fairly uncrowded paved path near you, this is probably not for you as they are $400 & streets are not a good idea. Very well made & a conversation starter. No impact, burns as many calories as running. There is a Spark Group for Trikkers too!
Move for 10 minutes. Sitting in a chair, standing up, whatever, just increase your movement level for 10 minutes. The goal her is to improve air and blood flow, so work at your on pace. Have music playing either from an exercise video or the radio, Sandwich this in anywhere in your day.
