Hi!! I seem to 'need' a nap almost every day!!! I would love to be able to do so without feeling guilty, but it doesn't work that way for me!! Any tips on how to get more energy to get thru the day without a nap?? I have only recently started daily exercising and diet/eating changes, so maybe it's going to take a bit? Also, I've just started (4 days ago) giving myself B12 injections for energy....any/all suggestions would be awesome! Annice
