On those days when I am just not motivated, it helps to get active and crazy with the kids. We like to parade around our house singing songs, dancing, or doing something silly (one time we had an underwear parade with underwear on our heads :-). 15 minutes of this and I am perked up to excercise!

I have to say...I took to the floor last night and went through three piles of paper and who knows what. What a great feeling! Just do it. Stop looking at it and saying you'll get to it. You will fee so much better.
