During that time of month, as much as you just want to crawl into bed and hide, get out there and do some extra cardio! It really keeps all that achiness at bay. And also if you have it in you to do some core exercises, your opposite muscles in your back will feel much better as well.

    It also helps with keeping your evil twin at bay. I've noticed that my PMS is just about gone with only minor moments of bitchiness since I started exercising regularly.

    thank goodness i am not of that age that i have periods . so that phase of my life is done . but exercise can help with any problem that we have . we tend to just be lazy and not do anything if we hurt . that is not good for any of us .

    Wow - I couldn't agree with you more! I used to just lay around during that time. Now I make myself do cardio and I feel so much better - close to normal, and that is really saying something! emoticon
