thank goodness i am not of that age that i have periods . so that phase of my life is done . but exercise can help with any problem that we have . we tend to just be lazy and not do anything if we hurt . that is not good for any of us .

Wow - I couldn't agree with you more! I used to just lay around during that time. Now I make myself do cardio and I feel so much better - close to normal, and that is really saying something!
