I fill a 32 oz water bottle up and when it is gone I know I have consumed 4 cups of water. I fill it up again and when it is gone, another 4 cups of water, and so forth. I drink 12-15 cups of water on some days. When I go somewhere I take two 32 oz bottles. I don't have to buy water while I am out.

I find drinking 2 cups of water first thing in the morning everyday helped me to get into a regular habit of starting to get my water intake that is very much needed in order to suppress my appetite and to help me with my weight loss.As I was not a water drinker at all.The body needs at least 6-8 cups of water a day. I am in a habit now of doing this on a regular basis,as it is a part of my daily life now for 7yrs.....my body craves water now and that is the only liquid that quenches my thirst.
If you are having problems with getting your water intake in just add some freshly squeezed lemon to it,by doing this you get the added bonus of ridding your body of fluid retention also. Give it a try.I found it worked for me.Good luck!! 30
