I love cheese...I HATE LOW FAT CHEESE...to me it tastes like rubber! So in order to satisfy my need for cheese I use a potato peeler to slice my cheese. I get all the taste I need on my sandwich at a fraction of the calories!!

  • Great idea but also even though I agree with you about the low fat cheese, the are a couple of brands that are not rubbery. One of them is CRACKER BARREL. It has 40% less fat and really good. My DH and I can't say no to cheese either so this is our alternative. - by 2BEATIT1

  • I love this idea! I too, love cheese! And I'm going to try your idea so that I can use my low calorie crackers and a nice ultra thin slice of my favorite high flavor cheese. Thanks for the tip! emoticon - by ARTEMIS88

That's a good idea! I am going to try that for my next grilled cheese sandwich on diet bread & Pam. - by TAHITIBLOSSOM
