If you cant squeeze in exercise on a day or just plain dont want to then the best advice is to be up and moving around as much as possible! Cleaning or something!! I challenge my team to up and moving 10 mins of every hour they are awake! Best wishes on your journey!

Losing 70 lbs was, by far, one of the most difficult experiences of my life. Mainly because it seemed to take FOREVER! It really only took 7 months but, when you want something bad enough that's an eternity! Focus your energy on doing it and not on doubt! You can do this! You are not an anomaly! Doubts are normal but, don't let them stear you from your goal! Set reasonable short term goals and reward yourself with a new outfit when you drop a size. Each 10lbs is a good goal.
