    With so many different activities and areas of fitness to choose, it makes sense to change things up a bit from time to time.

    I never thought about ways to stay motivated when one has reached one's goal. I haven't lost my 6 pounds yet but I already have a strategy of how to maintain once I get there. Good thinking.
