Every few days I weigh myself on the Wii fit. I've been doing this for the last 12 months. When I feel discouraged, I look back over the last few weeks (or months) and I see how the graph has continually progressed downward. Doing this reminds me that I AM making progress.

I downloaded ringtones and sounds for free that are sounds the wii makes, so when I get a text message or emails i hear my wii. I found this motivates me and reminds me to play my nintendo wii fit. 260
