decluttering all the 'stuff' around your home is totally liberating! Give to charity, trash the trash, share the wealth with others! "But someone gave it to me."? That's ok. You enjoyed it and now can let others enjoy it. It leaves you with less to move and less to clean, or clean around.

  • Keep the family heirlooms - and what you *truly* need trash the rest. It's hard but it's worth it. - by ANDI_3K
  • I completely agree!! It's ironic how you can measure the healthiness of me by the amount of clutter I have in my house. When I'm off the wagon - being a couch potato, drinking, and eating total garbage my house tends to be messy and cluttered, but when I am feeling good, working out, and eating right my house is immaculate. A clean body = a clean house for me! - by MSAEBARRON

I have about 12 bags of clothes, etc. to donate to goodwill. This will be my first time to get rid of anything. It's hard to part with things, but I don't need them anymore and I know that less fortunate people do. I'm hoping that seeing the empty space they took up, and knowing that I've helped others will make it easier to see my stuff gone! emoticon - by STACY24M
  • Amen, that's the way I like to run my house as well! - by MELODYSPARKLES
  • I say Amen to that one. I do that all the time. You feel so much better when you have shared with someone esle. - by PAISHAR2
