I use my yahoo calendar to post reminders for everyday of things I want & need to do. I will get an email reminder daily at the times I sent it up for to remind me of what I wanted to do this way it keeps me on track for little things from working out, weighing in, chores, phone calls, appts.....
You can keep track of anything or post little inspirations notes to yourself. It's the first thing I see when I turn on my computer and has worked wonders.

The GARAGE~Keep it Clean ~BY using INCENTIVES~Part Two!
The other part of keeping the garage CLEAN & ORGANIZED for me is TO KEEP REMINDING MYSELF DAILY of the HARD WORK I put into it with a daily reminder sheet~ I have a mini bulletin board near my craft area.I have a paper that says DAY-- 1 [for example] =KEEP IT CLEAN! with a small check-off box near it & the date -Jan.13,2011 [for example].Then ,as I go in & out of the garage,I SEE THAT REMINDER and at the END of the day, I CHECK OFF THE BOX and put a new sheet up. [I copied a week of "Keep It
CLEAN"papers at a time --so I ONLY FOCUS on a week at a time in the beginning...then later a month at a time. There is SOMETHING about CHECKING OFF THAT BOX that I kept the garage clean FOR THAT DAY that MOTIVATES ME to KEEP IT CLEAN! So far,it's working~check my pg.for photos to show concept!
When I set up my Goal Board, one of the little banners that pops up is "I want to reduce the stress in my life." It is a daily reminder that in addition to taking care of my fitness and eating habits, I also need to have plans that help me deal with emotional and mental stress. It makes me feel more in control and empowered to change negative situations that arise. I am a much more calm and happy person with that simple reminder every day.
