When I don't feel like exercising, I always think of how I would feel after I work out...I try to remember the feel of the sweat, the muscles I worked during my workout, and being energized and feeling accomplished that I did something good for myself. . emoticon

    If I don't work out it's usually for a very good reason but I also feel sluggish

    When I don't work out, I feel tired more quickly and then I get upset at myself. I remind myself that I am doing it for long term health.
