Stress can drive me so batty that I make bad decisions that compound the stress instead of relieving it. Traditional stress relief methods don't always work, but just a five minute prayer can lift the mountain of stress off my shoulders quickly.

    emoticon I know this to be true, and it is down-right crazy how rarely it occurs to me to turn my stresses over to my Lord. He can handle it! I can't.

    So true! You know that song, "In the Presence of Jehovah"? Well, we are in His presence when we pray. Troubles do vanish and hearts are mended!

    I think I am harder on myself than God could ever be. I must remember that when Christ said not to judge people that includes me. I am not allowed to judge myself. Correct yes. Judge no.
