To me the chocolate ones are tastier than Fiber One. But I don't like the almond one. When I want something different like caramel or apple I go to Fiber One. But whatever- I like to break up the bar and put it in different flavors of yogurt- I feel like I am having a dessert b/c of the chocolate.
And the snack- has lots of fiber and portien (yogurt-Dannon Light& Fit)
I love to treat myself with a yummy yogurt parfait for a weekend breakfast. I have 1/2 c. dannon all natural lowfat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup blueberries and 1/2 c. lowfat granola. Yummy, lowfat and very healthy!
Delicious and nutritious and easy! 1 c. Dannon all natural lowfat vanilla yogurt 1/2 frozen blueberries 1/3 c. granola DIRECTIONS: Pour blueberries in bottom of sealable container and cover with yogurt and top with granola. Seal and carry to eat on the go. YUM!
