I like working out in the evening after dinner. I have a ton of energy...

Yes you have to keep going or your will fall off and have to try to lose even more weight. That would be the worst.

    I totally agree. If you put it off it just gets harder to fit in. Get up in the morning and just do the exercise. You will feel so much better.
