You try so hard to reach goals and turn your life completely around to achieve them. You worry about not making it or complaining how stressful it is to reach your goals. Focus on the goal not everything you have to do to get there. its the idea of keeping your eye on the prize. If you think you will fail then you will fail, if you think you will achieve something you will.
This is the most basic idea in the world, but it's taken me 30 years to figure it out myself. Try new foods. Try new workouts. Try new teams. Find out what makes you happy (health wise)and will stick with. Keep trying to find answers and you will be rewarded for your efforts. 104
