I wear them on the treadmill and just around the house doing housework, and use the heavy hands about half the time on the treadmill. Burn baby burn! Also, if you can't go fast you can still go "up", increase that incline and increase your calorie burn.

    I used to do that until I read an article in SP that said they were not a good idea. I wish I could remember where the article is. Anyway I quit wearing them. The article actually made sense.
