All of the above as part of a very regimented diet worked to break my plateau that had me frozen at 220 pounds for two years even though i walked 30 minutes daily, and ate from 1300-1400 calories daily. I tracked my food daily too, but couldn't lose until a Clinical Pharmacist recommended this diet

    I just join today and thinking of canceling since there's no gluten free diet plan on here. Any help would be great!!! So upset right now.

    I was just told no gluten for 6 months. I was hoping Sparkpeople had a gluten free option under the nutrition goals. No such luck. I would be so appreciative of any info you could share with me. Thank you!

    I just joined sparkpeople.....In this day when so many people suffer from gluten and food allergies, I can't believe there are no diet plans to help us. Unbelievable. I am reconsidering joining this site. Alot of people are following a gluten free, dairy free, high protein, low carb diet these days. emoticon

    3 of my children are GF/DF. They eat mainly protein, fruits and veggies. I have been a vegan/vegetarian for most of my life and would think a high protein, gluten-free, dairy free diet would be difficult for a vegan. You might try a raw vegan diet, it sure isn't high in protein. Have you ever tried the McDougall diet? A lot of vegans like that diet.
