All of the above as part of a very regimented diet worked to break my plateau that had me frozen at 220 pounds for two years even though i walked 30 minutes daily, and ate from 1300-1400 calories daily. I tracked my food daily too, but couldn't lose until a Clinical Pharmacist recommended this diet

Walden Farms has come out with new Low Carb Pasta Sauces which can help you stay on your low carb lifestyle. The Pasta Sauces are calorie free, fat free, carb free, and gluten free...dont know how they do it but thats what the label says. Anyway pair it up with 2 ounces of low carb pasta like Dreamfields....add some green beans or brpoccoli to blunt the sugar.
I discovered Kay's snacks which are all natural and high in protein, many are gluten free. I find a bag of these with a low calorie drink or fruit is a great middle of the afternoon snack. They also have great tasting cereals higher in protein and more saturating. I can't find them around here so I mail order a few boxes at a time every few months. I get the portion size to keep me from overheating.
