These salad dressings taste great and have only 10-15 calories per serving. I even take a bottle with me in my purse when we eat out so I can enjoy a wonderful salad without stressing over high-calorie/high-sodium salad dressings.

After emptying one of the Wishbone salad Spritzer bottles, I washed it out and filled it with canola oil. Not only does that reuse something that would have been thrown away, but it also helps to reduce the amount of oil used when cooking.
I've never met a vegetable I didn't like, so eating them plain and raw is fine with me. But for some variety, I keep a bottle of Wishbone Salad Spritzers handy and this jazzes up the flavors and is a change in the "same old thing." Zero calories for 10 sprays keeps within my calorie budget.
Before eating a big meal, start with a small salad (hold the dressing). You'll be fuller faster while eating your meal and comsume far less calories. And it helps you get in your five daily servings of veggies!4
If you really miss your dressing, try the Salad Spritzers which ony have two calories a spray or replace it with garlic salt.
