The book - Is so easy to read. Right to the point. No babbling. Easy to read. And stays with you long after the last page.
The hypnosis- Listening to it on my ipod before i go to sleep leaves me feeling refreshed and ready to start the next day...suddenly excercising lot more, not obsessing.

Its a great way to make you feel better about yourself. It also takes away the dillusion that you are born to be fat or slim. Its all in the mind he says. It's all about how you've been programmed. But the best part is, you can re- program your mind.
I wdnt recommend this if I didnt beliv it wrks.

    I have this book and I love it too! He is so right, that diets teach us to starve ourselves and to ignore our body when it tells us to eat. I love his rules: Eat when your hungry, eat what you want and not what you think you should, eat mindfully, and most importantly stop eating when you think your full. And his techniques for stopping you from eating our of boredom are awesome. Highly recommended :)
