I am adding them practically in every dish they like. My children go crazy from stuffed cannelloni with minced meat. Well it is one part minced meat and 3 parts of boiled veggies like carrots e.t.c. passed first from blender and then added in the recipe...It works!

As a child I did not like most veggies... but as apart of life ..change is everyday, After growing a garden and tasting fresh home grown veggies .I love many veggies i did not eat a as kid. Give a new food a try just taste it with an open mind.my mom is shocked that i eat carrots and mushrooms. Tasting good food and enjoying them ,makes you a better cook with Healthier Options to your meals4
Involve children in meal prep. When kids have ownership they will want to eat the food they made. This is a great opportunity to introduce new veggies. In addition to learning to eat new foods, kids will learn about nutrition, cooking, cleaning up, working to help the family & kitchen safety.
I started my son cutting avocados with a plastic knife at 3. At 6 he is a pro with a chef's knife under my supervision of course. He loves to taste the new veggies that he cuts up for me!
