I find it hard to drink water but have no problem drowning in Pepsi every day. I now tell myself that I cannot have a Pepsi until I've had at least 6 glasses of water. On most days I've found that I sometimes don't even want the Pepsi at the end of teh day.

I like this method. It could actually be used for eating something sweet or no soda, until I have exercized a certain amount of minutes for the week. Great idea!

That's amazing! I broke my soda habit with "True Lemon". It's these packets of no calorie lemon flavoring and I just add them to water, cause I find it so bland on it's own.
