Ezekiel 4:19 Sprouted Grain Bread

This Sparked Me!

You can find it in the frozen bread section of most grocery stores (but unfortunately not WalMart). Not only is it much better for you than most breads made with processed flour, at 80 calories a slice it's less calories than most! Especially good as toast; several kinds available.

I keep mine in the freezer since it tends to mold much faster. I take out a couple of slices to thaw for breakfast the night before, or even just let the toaster do the thawing.

Been meaning to try it for a long time. I've seen it around, so I will try to buy some soon. good tips about storing it in the freezer and making croutons.

I have used Ezekiel 4:9 for years. I prefer the cinnamon raisin. I use it not only as one normally uses bread, but also instead of hamburger and hog dog buns. Toast a slice, cut in small pieces and use it in a salad instead of commercial croutons. I even eat it plain.
