I buy the small kids bowls at target (usually 4/$1) and use those for cereal, its almost impossible to overfill the cereal bowl- they only hold about a cup and a half- that's just perfect for a serving of cereal and milk! I use these for oatmeal, and for my occasional ice cream treat, too!

I find myself gorging on snacks before the day is out pecially IF I don't eat breakfast. I am making it a habit to pack 1 bad thing with my good things. So when I am stressed or crazy at work.
