Make "YOU" the priority for the week. Before you make any commitments schedule "YOU" time - whether its exercise, meditation or journaling - give yourself the time to do the things you need to be successful for your goal. Then fit in the other stuff as best as you can.

You are your own best advocate! Give yourself the luxury of for once putting yourself first. After all the new, improved "YOU" will be energetic and ready to tackle everybody else's needs.

    I like this, I need to do this myself. I'm always scheduling things to do, but never do I schedule me time. I need to learn to do that.

    Thank you so much for reminding me that it's okay to take time for ME. I am just as important as the other person. If we don't take care of ourselves, how can we take care of others? Thank You!!!!!!

    thanks for the much needed reminder! i always fall into the habit of scheduling myself last and -surprise!- at the end of the day, there's never enough time
