I find it easier to get in my 8 cups of water if I drink a glass first thing in the morning, when I wake up. I keep a pint glass in my bathroom, and fill it up and down it. My mouth is so dry in the morning, it motivates me to drink the whole 16 oz glass....thats 2 cups of water right off the bat.

I found out I drink faster and more with a glass of water. So each morning I fill a two cup glass and drink it and then I walk to the water fountain and fill it up continually through out the morning. Usually by lunch time I have my eight glasses in. I know when I drink out of a bottle I nurse the contents and it could take me a full morning to just go through one bottle so this way I get it out of the way early.
