Something Is Missing

When I find myself staying steady at a weight I go back & look at my trackers carefully. I usually find that I have been neglecting one food group (most often protein), am eating too little (calorie count too low), & have cut back on exercise. Adjusting these areas helps to get things moving again

I think that you are right. I always do better if I don't neglect protein but those too low calorie counts can get you too!! emoticon

I totally agree with this point. It is so very true when under eating or not getting enough water or rest it sabotages your progress.

I have found if I go back to my tracker I will learn what it is I am doing. Tracking is the best way for me to have control.

Excellent point. The key besides moderation of eating is also balance. Make sure you aren't over or under doing the intakes your body needs.
