When I find myself staying steady at a weight I go back & look at my trackers carefully. I usually find that I have been neglecting one food group (most often protein), am eating too little (calorie count too low), & have cut back on exercise. Adjusting these areas helps to get things moving again

  • I think that you are right. I always do better if I don't neglect protein but those too low calorie counts can get you too!! emoticon - by TERRI289
  • I totally agree with this point. It is so very true when under eating or not getting enough water or rest it sabotages your progress. - by LADYJ6942
  • I have found if I go back to my tracker I will learn what it is I am doing. Tracking is the best way for me to have control. - by HARTINGL52
  • Excellent point. The key besides moderation of eating is also balance. Make sure you aren't over or under doing the intakes your body needs. - by MSCHELLE0370
