When I find myself staying steady at a weight I go back & look at my trackers carefully. I usually find that I have been neglecting one food group (most often protein), am eating too little (calorie count too low), & have cut back on exercise. Adjusting these areas helps to get things moving again

I find that I am a very visual person, I like colorful food...so when making meal plan to avoid the temptation of going out I make a visual meal plan calendar and then it is like punishment if I miss out on something that looks to good to give up. sort of the you don't know what your missing until it is gone approach...well I see it and I know I will miss it 211
Whenever I get a dollar bill, I look to see what big letter is displaying. If that letter is an initial in my name (first, last or middle) I "reserve" it and put it in a money jar. You would be surprised at how much you can save this way in a year's time!

I used to HATE exercising. Really hate it. And then I found Zumba and fell in love! When I have to miss class, I feel like a privilege has been taken away from me. So my secret is that I found something that makes me feel like it's so much fun that I am missing out when I can't do it!
