SP idea * Natural peanut butter on whole grain toast, & banana slices
* Vanilla soymilk, blended with frozen banana chunks & strawberries
* Oatmeal with chopped apples & raisins
* Eggs, scrambled with minced green & red peppers
* Lowfat yogurt, sliced bananas & topped with granola

    I've had the PB and banana for lunch too. The soymilk with fruit makes a great dessert. I have also put 1/4 c. of Cheerios (or other cereal) in 1 c. of LF yogurt.
