The night before work, I use sandwich baggies and storage containers to add pre-measured food items to my lunch sack. I include 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies. Then I store these in the refrigerator overnight and grab it to go in the morning.
If I know I may not have time the night before, I simply purchase Lean Cuisine meals at Krogers (on sale) and stock up. This saves time and money, which I could use more of BOTH.
