If I journal my intake everyday, it helps me stay on track. You need to honest about everything you eat for the day. I really like the SparkPeople guide, when you are not eating enough protein, carbs, etc. Very helpfull.

    I enjoy the feedback at the end of the day when I've finished tracking my food intake, I like the way they break everything down and show you the areas you are lacking in, they even give suggestions of various kinds of foods to add to your daily intake to help with those problematic areas.. emoticon
