For those days when I'm bored or unmotivated I go to my "Deal A Move" deck - a collection of individual strength or toning moves cut from magazines and pasted to index cards. I just randomly pull out 1 or more cards and those are the moves I do. It adds variety and a sense of game play.

I wanted to have the organization features of a smartphone without paying for the data plan through my cell phone provider. I can now use the Sparkpeople app and many other free apps (I haven't paid for one yet!) I am around wireless internet at school, and many places are offering it now for free.
The best thing about an electronic organizer is that you can put a password on it. I also didn't want to have to deal with moving my information the next time I change phones. I also download loads of podcasts (free!)
I looked at some deals other companies were offering and called my cable/tv/internet provider and told them to see if they could match the deal or I planned to move to other company, they matched the deal and gave me unlimited long distance and a free premium chanel saving over 300 a year. It never hurts to ask. Just be polite and if they say no ask to speak to a superviser, stay polite.
Just read in Yoga Journal where the author mentioned she got back on track by hearing a teacher talk about how to "place the body" in a certain posture vs. "your body"...she thought about this when dealing with food cravings and emotional eating. Does "the body" need the extra serving, or do "I need" it? If it's "I" then consider taking another look what's behind the craving and deal with the underlying issue first...if it's "the body" truly then nourish it and move on...this really helped me !
