I try at least 1-2 new recipes every couple weeks. Sometimes it is something completely new and other times it is something that I have adapted to be more healthy. I don't even have the same meal more than once a month.
Keeps you from being stuck into eating the same meals all the time. I love taking a recipe that I have made for years and adapting it to my new lifestyle. So in reality I can eat all the same things I always have, but now they are just better for me.
