Everytime I feel like buying a candy, or junk food or soda or anything else I should note be having, I set aside the money I would've spent on it ( for ex. $1.00 for candy, about $5 for fast food meal) and then at the end of week I see how much I saved & spend it on CD, tan, clothes, perfume
It's a really cool way to save some money for the little splurges. Instead of eating junk, I can get me something nice that makes me feel special. It's a really cool trick! Try it!
