It doesn't matter what shape your in, how much you need to lose or your physical capabilities. You just need to start where you are and GET MOVING! Small steps add up, they turn into big steps and before you know it your doing more than you ever thought you could! Just MOVE.

    I injured my knee quite badly and was not able to do anything. I started just doing "chair" exercises...that lead to walking to the mailbox and back, then up the road and back. The first time I tried to walk around the block I had to call my hubby to bring the car and get me....today I'm doing 25+ miles per week...walking! If I can do it SO CAN YOU! GET MOVING!!
