When I can stay away from the white sugar and white flour I feel so much better through out the day. I also find that my body functions so much better. I have more energy and am able to keep up with my daily tasks without feeling tired.
Ezekiel 4:9 and whole grains help me to make it through the day with out the "white stuff". Sweetening with Stevia, raw honey, agave syrup, and maple syrup have helped, too. retraining my tastes to appreciate the tastes of fruits and vegetables also has helped.
