I have tried many exercises. I have tried walking, but I have a bad back. I have tried swimming, but it is hard to get to a pool very often. So I ride my stationary bike. I have one at home, so no traveling. And I can read or watch TV while doing it.

Build your confidence and success ratio by making good choices every day. Use little positive pats on the back to help remind you how well you did... passing up a sugar treat for fruit, having water before a meal and after... little things that are good choices! Forgive quickly for little slips.
Ride your bike to work, or combine a bike ride with public transportation.
Riding my bike to work really helps me get my exercise in. I was going to spend time commuting anyway, so combining it with exercise makes better use of my time. I'm also more motivated to ride if I have to ride to get home.
When walking or jogging try a change of scenery instead of making the loops through your neighborhood. Take your kids out with you and make it a family outing so that they learn to have fun while being fit.312217
