My body shape, I just found out, is called an apple shape (lots of belly fat). Therefore, I do a lot of aerobics because I found out that that is the best way to get rid of the belly fat. Not with crunches.

Chair aerobics can be a great work out especially if you use weights. I get the same great feeling after chair aerobics as I do when doing them standing up!
