mine is "moves like Jaggar" by Maroon five. My daughter says, "mom that song is so old". I don't care. It still makes me want to move. I also love "don't stop the party" by Pitbull.

I noticed the other day that when the song I'm walking down the aisle to came on my ipod I wanted to run a little faster-even though it's a slower song! Download the wedding march or whatever song your walking down the aisle to & when you hear it-it will spur an extra power boost & make you want to push harder on your workouts so that you'll look wonderful in your dress on your big day!

This works for walking, cycling and other exercises as well!
When making playlists for working out don't just pick upbeat songs but pick songs that have lyrics that really inspire you. I find that sometimes even slower songs with inspirational lyrics that you wouldn't consider workout songs work really well for me if I'm at a point in my workout when I am tired but need to push through.
