I am a morning person. I get most of my exercise done early. Then if I have more time during the day, even just 10-15 minutes, I get in a bit more. It has been great for me.

MORE INFORMATION:
I do CURVES 5 days. I walk at least 30 min. a day. I stretch 15-20 minutes a day and do a dance DVD 3 X a week.

    I have never been a morning person....until I started walking each morning, now I can't imagine starting my day without it!

    I too do all the brisk walk and other exercises quite early in the morning. It makes me energized for the rest of the day .

    I am A morning person too.I do my Weights, Push ups and Sit up as I get out of bed. then I have breaky I then do my walk with my dog for 45 minutes, then go to our local heated pool I do 25 minutes Aqua 25 minutes Water Jogging then I swim for at least an hour. Bobby also needs a afternoon walk so another 50 or so minutes. I do this 6 days a week emoticon emoticon

    Wish I was an early riser, unfortuantely I'm not and more than likely never will be one. Now retired my body is still in working overnights---getting better but still mid morning riser. DH and I usually go to the gym late mornings or after lunch.

    Wish I was a morning person, but my body does not wake up until noon, regardless of when I wake up. Have always found my most energy late at night.

    Great article. I am a morning person for exercise. It gives me energy for the rest of the day and the mental feeling of accomplishment.

    I wish I was a morning person but unfortunately I am not...I do have a membership in a 24 hour gym but late at night when I get motivated...there is no one to go with me.

    I too do classes in the morning. I also walk frequently. toss in some swimming and bodypump and you have my workout

    Me too!...I am a morning person and like to get it done like an appt. If I have a slow or normal day...there comes a time in the afternoon or evening that I do more....I am so surprised by how much I can actually log in my fitness tracker! Gogirl!!!

    I am not a morning person but from time to time I surprise myself with morning workouts and it is a great feeling to know that I am done for the day.

    I can't believe 10-15 years ago I used to get up before sunrise with friends while we trained for a 2-day 100-mile bike ride! I have to get up at 6 many days for work & can't imagine getting up at 5 to exercise! Plus, I have to walk 4 miles to/from trains, so......at least I get that in before I even get home.
